HOW BIG, HOW WIDE, HOW TALL ?

Dimensions : 24 feet(ish) by 14 feet(ish) (external). In fact the southern wall is1 bale longer than the north wall because a rectangular inside is no good for music. Parralel walls cause sound waves to whizz backward and forwards in parralel lines. These are called "standing waves" and sound to the ear like a "wowing", or uncomfortable amplification in a particular frequency range. This combined with my appalling measuring means there is a lot of "ish".
Foundations : Concrete block and natural stone on compressed scalping
Floor : Reclaimed pine boards on floor joists. Under floor insulation
provided by straw bales sawn in half and wedged between the joists. Bottom sealed with wire mesh grill to keep the little four legged creatures out.
Walls : Straw bales only - no wooden structure - which will be finished with three coats of lime plaster inside and out.
Height : Front wall 6 bales high, back wall 7 bales high.
Roof : Single span "shed" style roof with angle supplied by difference between front and back wall (one bale) resting on roof joists, covered in strong ply, a waterproof mebrane and turf. I am
looking for a small friendly sheep or goat to keep the grass and daffodils down.
Cost : Hope to keep it below £10,000
